Lumina (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by The Lumina Software Company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use luminaapp.ai and related early-access experiences.

Information we collect

When you join the early list or request free sample scripts, we collect:

• Your email address
• The situation or message you choose to share
• Basic technical data (browser type, approximate location from IP, device type) that our hosting and form providers may log

We do not require an account at this stage. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories of data beyond what you voluntarily write in your situation description.

How we use your information

• To create and email you free sample scripts based on the situation you shared
• To send occasional product updates and early-access invitations related to Lumina
• To improve our prompts, product, and user experience
• To respond to your messages or support requests

We never sell your stories, email addresses, or personal information.

How we share information

We use trusted service providers to operate the site and deliver emails:

• Form submission handling (FormSubmit)
• Hosting and delivery (Vercel)
• Email delivery infrastructure

These providers process data only as needed to perform their services for us and are bound by their own privacy commitments. We do not share your situation text with advertisers or data brokers.

Data retention

We keep early-list submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to provide the service, improve Lumina, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your email and associated submissions by contacting us.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from product emails at any time using the link in those messages or by emailing us
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you

Children

Lumina is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy as Lumina grows. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised policy.
