These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lumina website at luminaapp.ai and any early-access experiences, sample scripts, or communications we provide (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What Lumina is

Lumina is an AI-powered relationship and communication coaching experience designed to help you find clear, confident language for important conversations. At this stage the Service primarily consists of an early-access list and free sample scripts generated from situations you share.

Not professional advice

Lumina is not a licensed therapist, counselor, attorney, or medical provider. Sample scripts and any guidance are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional mental-health care, legal advice, or crisis support. If you are in crisis or need immediate help, contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• You agree to provide accurate information when joining the early list
• You will not use the Service to harass, harm, or exploit others
• You understand that AI-generated language may sometimes be imperfect and should be reviewed before you use it in real conversations

Intellectual property

Lumina, the Lumina name and branding, and the software and content we create remain our property. You may use sample scripts we send you for your personal communication purposes. You may not resell, republish, or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Early list & communications

By joining the early list you consent to receive emails related to your sample scripts and occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We may discontinue or change the early-access offering at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI systems can produce unexpected or imperfect results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Lumina Software Company and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any scripts or guidance provided.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
